Over the past year, we’ve added a ton of new features and functionality to Popcorn RFP — one of the key advantages of any software-as-a-service solution is that you immediately get the benefits of those enhancements. Now we’re asking you to provide us with feedback so that we can make our software work even better for you!
Last year, we introduced the option of multi-user team collaboration on RFx documents to make things easier for organizations where several team members collaborate on purchasing documents. Next, we added new, streamlined Q&A functionality within kernels to make the process of organizing questions for vendors as clear and simple as possible. We’ve also recently added a host of new subject-specific kernels – covering everything from PPE purchases to cyber security software, data analytics tools, and learning management systems.
We have many more ideas for the future, but as we move ahead to testing and developing new functionality, we want to know what’s most important to you. We’re looking for volunteers from our user community to try out our kernels to craft RFIs and RFPs and provide us with feedback on what we can do to better support your needs.
If you are using our RFx kernels and are willing to offer us feedback about your experience, please send us an email so that we can set up a quick call to hear about your experience. All we ask is the ability to see the RFx process through your eyes and we will offer our assistance on your project at no cost.
Thank you for your support. We’re confident that with your help, we can make Popcorn RFP work even better for your next procurement project!
