If you’re a vendor or potential vendor and are new to our tool, welcome! Popcorn RFP is a software-as-a-service solution to the entire RFx lifecycle. It allows individuals and teams to draft, issue, and evaluate RFIs and RFPs in a single integrated solution. As a vendor, you can respond to issuing organizations through our easy-to-use interface. Popcorn RFP aims to save RFx issuers and respondents alike time and money through a simpler and more efficient purchasing process.
If you’ve been invited to respond to an RFI or RFP via Popcorn RFP for the first time, we welcome you to sign up for an account and see how it works! To get going, you’ll answer general questions about you and your organization. You’ll also answer specific questions regarding your products or services. Finally, you’ll have the chance to upload supporting documents when you respond to vendors.
Check out how our response interface looks in practice. Here, we ask you to list the name of your organization. You’ll enter that information, and click through to the next question. Easy breezy.
Throughout the response process, to help guide you, a sidebar will display key information about the RFx, including the issuing organization, response date, and your response status. Once you’ve included all of the requested information, upload any additional supporting materials.
Then hit submit, and you’ll be able to view your submitted responses in your Popcorn RFP account.
