If you’ve been thinking about how to do RFIs and RFPs more efficiently or are looking for ways to get started with faster, smarter, and more collaborative enterprise procurement, Popcorn RFP can help! We offer a variety of free and paid plans, and this blog post will help you decide which is right for you and your organization.
Basic Plan – Free!
We recommend that you try our free individual plan as you begin to explore how our tool can support your enterprise purchasing projects. With our free Basic account, you will be able to:
- Create an unlimited number of purchasing projects and RFX documents;
- Make use of any community RFI or RFP kernel found in our signature Kernel Library [link to Working with Kernels blog post];
- Publish and collect vendor responses for 1 RFI per month.
This Basic Plan should enable you to use the software and see the value that it brings. In order to publish RFPs or more than one RFI per month, download vendor responses, and save private kernels [link to Working with Kernels blog post], you will want to upgrade to one of our two premium account types.
Individual Plan
Once you’ve explored the benefits of Popcorn RFP for your organization, and want to start publishing RFX documents regularly, you’ll likely want to upgrade to our Individual Plan. With this account, you will have access to all of the features of the Basic plan, plus you will be able to:
- Publish and collect vendor responses for up to 3 RFIs or RFPs per month;
Request custom, private kernels to use one of your own previous RFIs, RFPs, or template to have us create a kernel to your exact specifications (you’ll want to do this if you do not find the ideal kernel for your procurement project in our community Kernel Library [link to Working with Kernels blog post].)
Team Plan
Popcorn RFP’s Team Plan allows you to access all of the features of the Individual plan, but also supports your team of up to 10 collaborators. By upgrading to a Team account, you will be able to invite colleagues to join your purchasing projects in several different roles so that you can collaborate seamlessly within a single interface. For more information on our Team plan, see [link to Team Plan blog].
You can get started with your first RFx project in Popcorn RFP in only a few minutes! To sign up for a free Basic account, visit our enrollment page. To upgrade to one of our premium plans, simply go to account settings under your user profile. [link to Upgrading to a Premium Account documentation].
